Any taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

- Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.

- Clients may not use, publish, reproduce, distribute, or modify unfinished or unpaid work without written permission.
NerdzStack reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. SEO Disclaimer
While we follow industry best practices and ethical SEO techniques, NerdzStack does not guarantee:
- First-page Google rankings
- Specific keyword rankings
- Increases in website traffic
- Lead generation results
- Revenue growth
Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.
11. Advertising Disclaimer
For paid advertising services, including Facebook Ads, campaign performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including:
- Market competition
- Audience behavior
- Budget
- Product quality
- Industry trends
- Platform algorithm changes
Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific return on investment (ROI), number of leads, sales, or conversions.
12. Website Development
Clients are responsible for reviewing completed websites before final approval.
Once a website is approved and launched:
- Future updates may require additional fees.
- NerdzStack is not responsible for changes made by the client or third parties after project completion.

16. Termination
ither party may terminate a project by providing written notice.
Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately payable.
- Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
- Any unpaid work remains the property of NerdzStack until payment is received.
17. Force Majeure
NerdzStack shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Government actions

- Pandemics
