Nature of Our Services
NerdzStack provides digital services only. These include, but are not limited to:

Because our services involve time, expertise, strategy, and customized work, they cannot be “returned” like physical products.
Deposits & Advance Payments
To reserve project resources and begin work, we require an advance payment.
All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.
Once work has commenced, the deposit covers project planning, research, consultation, resource allocation, and administrative costs.
Refund Eligibility
Although refunds are generally not offered for custom digital services, we may consider partial refunds under exceptional circumstances.
A refund request may be considered if:
- The project has not yet started.
- We are unable to begin your project for reasons solely within our control.
- Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project before significant work has been completed.
Approved refunds are issued at NerdzStack’s sole discretion.

These services involve customized work that cannot be reused or resold.
Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.
However:
- Advance payments remain non-refundable.
- Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any outstanding invoices remain payable.
Project Delays Caused by Clients
Project timelines depend on timely communication and the delivery of required materials.
If delays occur because the client fails to provide:
- Content
- Images
- Login credentials
- Feedback
- Project approvals
NerdzStack reserves the right to place the project on hold without issuing a refund.
Revision Policy
Client satisfaction is important to us.
We provide revisions according to the agreed project scope.
However:
- Revisions do not qualify for refunds.
- Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
SEO & Marketing Results
SEO and digital advertising involve many factors beyond our control.
For this reason, refunds will not be issued based on:
- Google ranking fluctuations
- Search engine algorithm updates
- Reduced website traffic
- Advertising performance
- Conversion rates
- Sales outcomes
- Lead generation results
While we use industry best practices, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Website Development
Before final delivery, clients are encouraged to thoroughly review all website deliverables.
After final approval:
- The project is considered completed.
- Refunds will not be available.
- Future modifications may require a separate agreement.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with our services, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unnecessary chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services.
- Termination of ongoing projects.
- Collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels where permitted.
We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.
